Has anyone read these books?  I've found both quite interesting.

Any interest in a discussion of either?

I read Razor's Edge in high school. I'd have to refresh my memory on it, but Maugham had a wry fascination for the darker side of human nature.

Hero With a Thousand Faces .. seen excerpts over the years. Might there have been a PBS series based on it? I seem to remember seeing JC extensively interviewed... Didn't read the entire book, though.

Interesting that you are putting the two together: what is your thinking there?

Heh, good question; It wasn't my Intent to bundle them together, just offering two different authors views.  Pick one!  ;)

I came to these as I traced through the Wanderlings links on the Internet.  I have both works and am working through them.
