Memories at war
Plunged so deep
As time looks on
Through holes to peek

Forgotten days
With a word started it all
Like this heart
That flickers small

And through the sky
I observe the clouds that fill this mind
And serve to doubt
This world of mine

Futures fallen far away
And pulled down
Into this tar pit
Where the dinosaurs lay

Ice melts
As the world awakens
To all these years
That humanity forsakened

 Gone like the wind
 This world and I
 As I drift in another existnece
 Where the eagle cries
