Cave is Open

For some reason The Cave is open to the public. Personally I think the whole place should be open to the public, so it doesnt bother me one bit. But Im just wondering why this folder is open?

actually I am in the process of opening up many or maybe all folders to public view, but I only got to one before I got too tired and went to bed. it seemed like a good place to start.

I just need to look at the consequences on the privileges side.
I am currently inclined to open most, but which ones would I keep closed? - that is the question.
