"I like this" was in response to the essence of Michaels post.  Or, as I should say, my perception of what he was attempting to convey.

I also 'like' the multiple questions that were asked...direct questions pointing to the larger picture. 

May:  "So you are liking killing animals and owning it, like it's something to be proud of? Eh, to each their own."

Yes, I have enjoyed killing animals, other life, and humans.  There's a lesson in everything we do.  We also must assume complete responsibility for our actions.  What's the price to be paid for certain actions?
