Its starting to get dark now and you should take care , there's mist coming in from the east and it wont be long before the stars are sweeped.
And for once the boy didn't feel like complaining and instead got up for indeed the daylight was waning .
As up above him the sky loomed and seemed to change colours to pinks , purples and a few others.
Silence grew and reigned still causing great oaks to shudder with chill
And the boy felt alone as he rightly should with no path to be found in such a strange wood.

I do believe its getting darker than we think
But the boy said nothing for he could not see
What the owl was hooting at as it hopped on the tree.

But the owl said nothing and instead turned his gaze to watch the sun as it sank further away
Leaving the boy who had turned rather blue
Really frustrated at what he should do
Then not too far away he saw a nice spot where the mushroom stood in the shade
Unsuspecting and somewhat unaware
That boy was behind with his bottom quite bare !

As he directed his pistol at the mushroom that stood
