Disembodied spirits...

Disembodied spirits we are sentenced to be?

Well, here on the Internet we look like disembodied spirits. Some of us are more advanced and are able to undertake deeper astral and energetic journeys and contact other people at different levels. Yet there is always something amiss, something so very essential to our nature, to our present quality and our level of existence.

It is the body.
The body is missing. The very physical contact is missing.
Like, for example, a hug.
It is not there.

And yet we have come here, to the physical plane to act, to take advantage of our human capabilities.

I’m very biased on this issue right now. I have lately experienced of how it feels when somebody ceases to be disembodied spirit for you and you cease to be disembodied spirit for somebody else. I experienced how it feels when you meet people and feel that you have known them always, you have known them for the whole eternity, you experience such a lightness of interaction, mutual energetic support, such a tremendous flow of ideas, feelings, such a widening of perception!

I’m not such a disembodied spirit any more!

What would it take to cross that barrier that separates so many people and that seems to be such a dominant force over the Internet? So many people play and fool around and enjoy the status of disembodied spirit on the web! And why?

I don’t know.

Crossing that barrier takes an act. Saving a bit of money, creating time, focussing the intent and piercing that veil of anonymity, piercing that façade of image. It is looking into other people’s clear eyes filled with love that changes so much! It is the thing that we all have capacity to experience.

Yes, we all can make things happen at the physical plane, but there is a limitation. It is time we have. There's no certainty of tomorrow, no certainty that things will last. Eagle commands, Spirit whispers gently in the ear and the warrior will leave many things behind, act, and move ahead into unknown.

We are in a hurry to make these precious moments of unhindered warmth and love happen. We are in tremendous hurry! We are in an unspeakable hurry to live fully!

well said.

no reason for people not to exchange phone numbers or engage in webcam chats.

If goggle-eyed were here, I would say to him, "The hug is here."
