Personalities of birds
« on: October 31, 2019, 11:55:27 PM »
There is a new arrival at the tree that always fruits,
At first I thought it a large native pidgeon, rather it stood upright head high , much sharper contours ,the tension of a new neighborhood so much so could not continue a meal .

Mudlarks , come to pool I left, filling to a depth of a few at best, inches of wet.

They splash beneath, paces from where I sit , in fun, the ruckus makes my friend curious almost going to them, I call the thought away.Inso getting used to co existence at close pace.

The myna bird chasing a flying meal, up and down in the wind, the pursuit comes to the ground where they land,
Looking, looking, to no avail, becoming aware from distance , it may be being watched fly's back high and perch.

Another Myna , comes by to show a grasshopper clasped , landing up out of sight, next comes the tapping , tapping, upon hard surface , to make safe to swallow.
The following flight announced success.
