This is performed by Commander Chris Hadfield, who was stationed on the International Space Station for 5 months. (It was all filmed on the ISS.)

What a nice Video! Really with a full space factor ;D
However, not to make anyone disappointed but the Major Tom part is about taking drugs, a shot (?) ...
