I'm in the process of downloading this right now.. so Ive not listened to it yet myself. Being on dial up it could take awhile  ::)

Martha Lucier has prepared a free 15 minute shamanic drumming mp3 for those looking for an opportunity to practice shamanism at home.

I'm listening to the piece right now and its very good.  ;)

Its being played on a drum like the one I showed in previous posts of my own hoop style shaman drum.

Imagine playing it yourself.. the vibration tickling... you might enjoy getting a drum of your own.

I've been on the look out for a drum for a few years now.  Kicking myself I didn't buy the very first one that caught my eye.  it was more than I could afford at that time.

Though I still have the Shaman's number and address for when I return back that way.   her name is Che Che (means bear woman) and the town she lives in is called "Hope".     ;D
