Della has some excellent details and advice on creating and/or contacting your double. She has explored the nature of this far more than I - like guitars, I just play them.

I recommend anyone interested in this topic to visit her forum, I'm not sure the entry protocol, but I'm sure you could get in if you want to.

I had seen this quantum shaman thing on the net.... guess I'll check it out.

Yes, highly recommended, and so is her book, too =)
