Runtime close to an hour.  Looks like it might follow the viewpoint of Amy Wallace, but I haven't been able to see it all yet. Dramatization interspersed with real footage/photos.

I just fnished watching this. There isn't anything in it which we all haven't heard, except for one thing. The show, maintaining that DJ was actually Ramon Silva Medina, a Huichol shaman, looks a bit at the damage done to the Huichol people through the popularity of CC's works. It's the same scenario as with Maria Sabina: white folks streaming into the area in search of peyote and mushrooms, causing brushes with the law.

Also, the show makes mention of CC becoming a millionaire at the expense of the Huichol.

Still, there are a few, his wife and son included, who maintain that he did not lie, and brought the world the road to enlightenment and awareness.

I felt something missing after watching it, myself, and wished that there was something even more in depth on the story. Perhaps in time.
