Amazing, the talent and hard work behind what most see as vandalism ... and one day it transforms into "fine" art.

When I was in Amsterdam, I was amazed and pleased at the way the city has encouraged the artists to do murals etc.  So what could be seen as vandalism, when embraced has turned into beautiful murals and scenes and artwork on the sides of grey drab buildings all over the city.
