I hear this one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsGKUKG4GZ8&feature=channel_page) in my head, even though I don't understand the lyrics. It makes my eyes water.....

Besides that it is haunting me, I've never really mentioned how fascinated I am with the similarity between the gypsy flamenco music and some qawwali and other Islamic-influenced music.  Is it the old influence of the Moors in Spain? Or did some Rajasthani gypsies travel west from India into Europe and bring this music with them?
