We got them here.
For a long period they where common at our previous house at the countryside but the ravens took over. The Buzzards move South each autumn and the ravens don't so therefore it could be a change.

When I was working outside one afternoon I heard some loud noises from a neighbour garden so I looked up. Then I saw a buzzard flying my way with what first looked like a black and white ball in the claws, but some feathers where spread out. It had taken a magpie! -and all the other birds yelled of indignation.
