Title: Essence of Emeril

Emeril just made a spread of feta cheese, cream cheese, mayo, olive oil, and lemon zest, all blended up.
And on what did he spread this magnificence? Lamb burgers! Aw yeah, babe!  Yum!

The spread sound delish!   But the lamb I could do without.  Cant stand the smell.  Funny that as I walked in the door this morning after getting Cass off to school  I  could smell lamb in my house!  I was looking all over for the cause or the culprit.  Following my nose,  didn't get me anywhere though.

Vicki today would be a good day to hang out and watch The Food Network and drink tea together!
