I love the move they make where they both lower their heads, and walk in a circle around each other!

Yes - when they do that head lowering thing, it's great.

Julie also has seen Australian brolgas dance the same way, but I couldn't find a good YT of it.

You can hear all these cameras snapping, which at first would seem annoying... but I like how much the people love them.
