The elephant's addition of the legs to the opposite side is something even humans stumble over - and yet, the elephant expresses it. I wonder to myself, how can any of it be? How could an elephant appreciate the 2-dimensional? And by that, I don't mean that the 2-dimensional is a superior achievement - I just can't imagine it being of interest at all to him. But here he is, earning his keep from the good caretakers in Thailand, where conservation is strong for the elephant.
