Here's a song which keeps getting loaded and taken down by youtube and loaded again - and I keep on finding it.  :P

Hypnotized

This last track is very interesting to me. I have wondered long about why my music is different to the main stream.

This piece has interesting lyrics, but due to the style of delivery, I tend to switch off. Somehow the music itself is saying the same story - stroking the common ear with only a slight touch of difference. But the lyrics are speaking of another world. I can't get my ears around this.

Somehow they know people want to fantasise about completely different paradigms of perception, but don't actually want to go there. It's not the musician's fault - creative musicians would love to play something completely different, but they know the public wouldn't buy it.

We want to hear stories of strange lands from within our own lounge room.

They do seem skeptical, you're right. I've always found interesting the reference to Don Juan in it... They seem to be saying they don't want to dispute it, and will leave it in the air as an unknown.

One of my all time favorites ... my sis and I used to sing while I played guitar ... <warm smiles>
"If you stop seeing the world in terms of what you like and dislike, and saw things for what they truly are, in themselves, you would have a great deal more peace in your life..."
