If you have a black jag working with you, L, you'll be in good shape for protection.
(I have such a friend myself.)
Things I've learned--
Tell her that you love her.
Tell her that you appreciate her.
Thank her for all the times she saves your life!
Like any cat, she loves to hear how beautiful she is!
And last but not least, you cannot bend her to your will (not that you would try).
She comes in when least expected, of her own accord.

Thnaks jaharkta for these words of wisdom.
I seem to recall she made a few appearances a while back, but I haven't seen her in a couple of years. It's nice to have her near, her presence was strong this time, I don't think I'll forget about her again.
About her coming when least expected, her timing was interesting....
I went to sleep, not thinking about the detachment exercise at all, but planning on doing something else, completely. As it turns out, one thing kind of helped with the other...
