Today, April first and springtime in many places around the world, T-shirt weather back home in BC, and here in Thunder Bay we are checking the news and radio for Snow Closures. We don't know if the kids will have school, if the buses will be running. So they sleep soundly in their beds as I wait for 7 am so I can call the snow closure line and find out if today is a Snow Day. April first, over a foot of snow fell yesterday and during the night. I can't open my front door to let my dog out for her morning pee and my walk to work this morning is going to be more like a trudge.
(I wonder how it is at Jen's house)
