Great song for a hallucinogen flashback...  :)

I'd completely forgotten about that piece.
It's not very good either - Beatles were never much good at unstructured material - but it certainly captures a time and mood, brings back memories.

Thanks Jahn - music is better on that cover, but alas they can't compete with Lennon's cutting voice.

It's better production and some good playing, but they conventionalized the accents of the timing, so it ends up as another song entirely. Part of the appeal in the Beatles' version is the sputter-effect, to me.

I agree on your critics - but M801 did a cover of T.N.K. and the video is spacey.

I saw a guy doing the "Love Me Do" in the Idol competiton.
