Tree Branch Furniture

I worked at a store this Summer, called "Wander Home" that sells handmade wooden furniture.  Lots of teak and boatwood and monkey tree there.  Everything you could imagine from lamps, to side tables to day beds to chairs, cabinetry, wall hangings, mirrors and more.

Googling around and constructing my dream home in my head, found some amazing pieces that I think would be possible to make, if one had all the time in the world and lived in the bush.  Some are just pretty to look at and dream about!

A lot of it is very masculine and chunky, but I see softening it with some cushions, dried flowers, pretty blankets and candles.

A hanger for all my scarves:

This one is so pretty. Some of the pics of these pieces don't seem to do the furniture,
Or the tree justice.  But I think they're probably much more beautiful in person.
Maybe most things are.

I would like one of these easels for painting sessions, outside, under the stars

or beside a river on a cloudy day with a gentle breeze
