Haven't even heard of the guy, but if it's he who made "Yesterday man" then I have listened to him back then. I use to tell the young ones that I still remember the moment when I was lying on the lawn in our garden a bright summer saturday afternoon and heard when the Beatles took the number one place with "She loves you (yea)" on the Swedish radio list. That was in 1963.

I got early into rock music, I had a elderly brother that brought home Elvis, Wanda ...?, Rick Nelson, Buddy Holly and Early Rolling Stones. Jerry Lee Lewis, Live at the Star Club in Hamburg was one of my favos.

My first own LP I got from my parents when they had visited the UK. Sgt Peppers Lonely heart club band, and the year was 1967.  8)
