Hit the first starry-looking BBC Tag.
From the embedding code provided on the youtube site, you keep the part after the src=", until the next" . 
Delete the rest.
Put what you've kept in the [flash 200,200]http://put it here[/flash] BBC Tag. **
**Note: In the line above, I did not type in "http://" -- it defaulted in.

I didn't keep the quotation marks.
I put it in the BBC Tag.



In the flash BBC Tag, the default dimensions are 200,200.

You can change it from 200,200 to 425,344. I've been doing a lot of them at 465,384. Though I suppose you could play around with that.
