Ellen, you are still not getting this Flash thing - the above code had:

which means you have to change the default setting from:

No im not getting it how come 425 whatever? where do you get that number cause everytime I see 200200 and its really small and so i just toss in whatever looks good and do the size lol

When you look at the embed-code, you see that that's youtube's recommendation: 425,344

Personally, I've done some trial and error with it, but seeing M wants us to stick to 425,344, won't play in the future.

you can resize it any amount, but if you increase the values, they should be in the same ratio, otherwise the picture distorts.

notice the 425 and the 344 at the start?

there are reasons for all this which get very technical, so unless you know what you are doing, it is simpler to stick with their frame size. BTW they are not always that size, and the higher quality clips can be ratio'd up without much loss of picture quality.
