Interesting to see this finger touching thing has become the fashion lately - even people in my yoga class do it.

Out of the multiple hand positions for meditation, for some reason, the finger touching posture has taken off in a big way.

I think its nice when its a delicate, graceful posture like that. I like even the simple okay sign, you can do that and even 'feel' okay when doing it.

"If you stop seeing the world in terms of what you like and dislike, and saw things for what they truly are, in themselves, you would have a great deal more peace in your life..."
