Nay, but they are not that afraid when I show up.
And I have plenty of time to talk to them before they go back to the wood.
The Blackbird though, he talks with me, and he can almost land on my feet when it is time for hello in the early morning and another day for me to fill the seed feeder.
You could see in that photo you shared that the Blackbird is something special ... a person.
(Not that all creatures don't have something of that quality, but that that Blackbird is someone connected to you - he has things to tell you.)
