Restless Soma
« on: June 08, 2007, 07:21:08 AM »
Recently another important shift happened in Restless Soma. There has been a change in the moderation process and policy. There are some fine warriors helping me to moderate Restless Soma, whose knowledge and efforts I am very privileged and honoured to have in support. Do not underestimate them, or the wisdom and love they can provide.

If anyone thinks that any moderation in Restless Soma happens without my knowledge, intent and approval, then they are fools.

I have tired of the time-wasting indulgence in pointless bickering. There are other forums available where people can vent their dirty linen in the time honoured way of the endless treadmill of ‘anything goes’.

Anything does no go here in Restless Soma.

I know some applaud that as sign of free speech blah blah. If that is your preference, please leave, and blow off somewhere else. Restless Soma has had its time in the lower astral, and now I want to raise the energetic level where it will actually be useful to those who are serious about their own search for knowledge and its inevitable consequence of transformation.

If anyone is not interested in transformation, then you are wasting the precious energy available here. That energy is for transformational intent. That was the purpose in setting up the forum, and remains the case. I want to see people here who are genuine, and making personal efforts of growth. Then a special type of energy can be generated, which will benefit everyone.

Restless Soma is the public vehicle of my connection with Spirit. It was set up that way and continues that way. If you wish to connect with me, in a publicly available venue, then this is it. And that does not mean you will always get verbal communication with me. In the very bones of this venue, in the environmental atmosphere and in the people of quality who come here to lend their spirit and intent, you will find my spirit and intent. What assistance Spirit can offer through me, you will find here, if you cease self-absorption and absorb the current and purpose that flows beneath the surface in Restless Soma.

I go through phases in my own journey, and it may be when I am directed and have the time available, I will participate in some other forums who’s instigators I have an affinity with. I do that according to prompts from Spirit, and according to my own purpose. Meaning do not assume you know why I drop in or not drop in to another person’s online home.

Restless Soma is currently my public online home, and anyone who wishes to align with the underlying spirit of Restless Soma, is not just welcome, but actively encouraged to lend their own spirit. That way we build an energy that all of us can utilise in the core meaningful fire of our life.

Make yourself at home, and share your stories, struggles and realisations, then I will do what I can in my own way to make my shakti available.

That was a nice piece.

Peace

At last I read you, without the projected layers of stuff (either projected by me or others) over what you have directed.

I grasp the moment like glad biscuit and did it in my afternoon coffee as a treat.

Great post, Michael, and you have captured the heart of one thing: this is your home. Anyone passing through needs to treat it as such, with the same honor and respect.

There are "forums" out there, especially on the bigger complexes like delphi, where "Opinions" are expressed mindlessly, ad nauseum -- and the more abusive and provoking (note the word "provoking" -- not provocative or heuristic or evocative or inspiring or stimulating), the better. Ad hominem attacks and histrionic self-indulgence in those forums: considered the norm. Folks abuse each other and all sense is lost. This is considered "freedom of speech", and along with reality tv and talk shows such as Jerry Springer's, the tastes of the mob are appealed to. It's a sad trend in the culture of the us. The most bizarre thing about it is that folks seem to think they are entitled to do all of the above. It's their "right", they think.

But what "right" does anyone have in your house other than that which you grant?  None, of course. To me, it is this crystal clear and this simple.

If someone is passing through a given place, and they find the atmosphere not to their liking, my question is .... why stay? Who is holding anyone there? What could the possible draw to the place be, when tons of energy are spent bashing it? What could the possible agenda be of anyone staying when they are full of hatred for that place? What is the point? Revenge? Sabotage? Masochism? More destruction? The ego of being "right"? A desire to "win the prize", whatever the hell the "prize" is? After years of doing forums, I really don't get that -- I never did, I never will. (</vent)

Good energy and shakti here, M. You have created an interesting gathering-place indeed! May its peacefulness continue...

Ok, now this may need to be read slowly, but I don't know because I haven't writen it yet, its a feeling that brings me thoughts and those thoughts are just about to be shaped as my best etch can attempt to do.

I want to talk about: The void, nothing, somethingness & now.

The void is like a womb that is nothing, yet it gave birth to something. It gave birth to all of the somethings.
Somethingness is an amount of awareness that has a contiuation of life from 1 given point to another. What I am trying to explore here is that we as a life are a collection of bands of awareness called a life. We are something, or a something. What I am perceiving is that there is an influence or command that makes us as bands of awareness become born, vibrate and then die into the void again.

See it like this; the void is like a black cave of darkness and it charges bands of awareness with life that are born and then die. Let's say that being born is 1 end of the void and death is the other. Our life travels the length.

Now let me try and fine-tweek this more so.
There is seemingly a sort of wind or something that makes the commandment to be, continue and die. As if it is all 1 and the same commandment.

A question gathers in my mind as I witness this as a perceiver/ seer. The question is, can we disobey this command by remaining always in the live awareness, not having a death and existing without the birth of death occuring?

In some way that question does not make sense, but in another way it does. The mind can create any answer it wants, but I am looking out for what can be witnessed.

Imagining is a projection whereas witnessing is a silence that watches what is as it follows its cause...

Increasing

I am developing a desire to form a book from what I have written and inter-lace it with some of my images/ layers that have been released over the years.

The form or structure of it is as follows:

Chaper 1 = Growth
Chaper 2 = Balance
Chaper 3 = Perception

Chaper 4 = Behavior
Chaper 5 = Acts
Chaper 6 = Will

Chaper 7 = Feelings
Chaper 8 = Inspiration
Chaper 9 = Intent

Chaper 10 = Knowledge
Chaper 11 = Awareness
Chaper 12 = Illumination

I have also taken up a course in Interior Design, as I do like to do a course a year and stronlgy need to allign my working life to something I actually want to do, utilising my capacities.

Decrease

My actual day to day work continues in a pattern of being unsatisfactory and not-alligned to either my skills or my persona, leaving my energy trapped against outer dream-layers that I have no actual want in really bothering with. This area of life being unfulfilled tends to contribute towards my energy working in its anti-form that gets released creating an affect that seems to uncreate layers of the collective dream.

what is is subjective to the imagination.  what is is transformed by the imagination.

if you can imagine it, you can witness it.

if you cannot imagine it, you will not witness it.

Imagination is part of the superego or right side of the brain, yes we can imagine before onto, around and after what we witness. we all do, it is not a special thing.

Witnessing comes straight from the centre with either very little or no interruption from the ego or superego. Hence, "Be still and know that I am he". We are still so relearn witnessing, and then when learnt we witness from our own point of movement > also.

Imagination projects onto or takes form from the given moment that it witnessed.
