no reason to bog the body down with trying to break down food stuffs that cannot be broken down.

does a fallen cup, broken with contents spilled, ever travel back up to the table, reassemble itself taking its contents with it?

Hi Zenandnow, interesting question there, do you think that it is impossible to do just that? For me, cannot say, yet I can relate to you my own experience with something quite similar involving destruction, time, and the cycle of fengshui being reversed. One night I was observing the sky move and I happened onto a not-doing, in which the clouds began to continuosly change directions, back and forth. While involved in practicing this not-doing, i focused on a factories smoke stack, that was billowing incredible amounts of smoke, out and over a mountain top. The not-doing of reversal, then aligned to the smoke's direction, and I observed as the smoke started to reverse back into the chimney, for quite an extended period. I was quite fascinated at this point, and could not break my gaze from the smoke. I can only believe that the smoke was traveling back through the chimeny, and back to whatever was being burned, returning to it's previous state.

Thank you.  I prefer to call it a magical rote involving the spheres of
time, matter, forces and prime.  However, the sphere of mind is also involved in that one must have a sound mind when witnessing
such an effect.

A better example within the sphere of mind would be to make someone change their solid opinion in the blink of an eye, or  to think to someone about money and have them hand you cash.

Thats mighty self-important of you, to intend that others do not accept scouts into other dreaming positions, with no limitations on what we can do. but ya know, hehe, i Expected as much, and so thank you, my friend.. for showing me yet again.... either way it is obvious you are not into sorcery, and do not intend scouts, heck you do not even believe in them, hahaha. But whatever, its just not for you. thas cool.

actually you are one of, what don Genaro call an ephermeral being, that sorcerers meet on the path, beings with no will power, that can do absolutely nothing to anyone. You probably aren't familiar with that sorcery book, so I will explain. It is a being with no power to do anything at all, who offers that food, you know the food that has the power to do nothing at all, to sorcerers. in hopes that they will get tripped up, and drawn out. yeah, its so obvious, but sad, just like Genaro and DJM said. Atleast I find it so.
