Lately I'm trying to eat a bit healthier, so here's my dinner for tonight.
No big deal to prepare it, I will not win any cooking competition with this


What's in it:
- one slice of salmon cooked on the griddle, no frying in the oil anymore (PS: I just learned that it's called broiled

)
- steamed potatoes, carrots and cauliflower sprinkled with a bit of lemon juice instead of salt
- raw grated carrots with the juice of half lemon
It probably won't make me lose fat, but it's supposed to be healthy. Plus it looks really colorful and yummy.
